The Great Scottish Leaflet Drop 2026

Awareness is the first line of defence, but when it comes to male breast cancer, information about peer support is pretty non-existent. Male Breast Cancer Support is changing that - one GP practice at a time.
The Mission
We’ve set a bold goal: to deliver 880 vital support packs to GP surgeries across all 11 NHS Health Boards in Scotland. From the Highlands to the Borders, we are ensuring that every man facing a breast cancer diagnosis has access to the resources and support that is available.
Why It Matters
Male breast cancer is often diagnosed later because of a lack of awareness and visibility. By placing these packs directly into local GP practices, we are:
Normalising the conversation around breast cancer in men.
Encouraging earlier diagnosis and better clinical outcomes.
Providing support to those who might otherwise feel overlooked.
The Roadmap
Starting Saturday, 7th March, 2026, we hit the road! Our journey begins in Glasgow & Clyde and won't stop until the map is full and all 880 packs are in the hands of healthcare professionals.
880 Packs. 11 Health Boards. 1 Goal: Supporting Men with Breast Cancer

Want to help out?
We’ve got the maps, the packs, and the passion now all we need is a few more hands on the wheel to make this mission a reality.
Delivering 880 information packs across the length and breadth of Scotland is a massive undertaking, but with your help, we can ensure that every GP surgery is equipped to support men facing breast cancer.
Whether you can cover a single run or a whole health board, your contribution could be the difference between a late diagnosis and a life-saving conversation.
